With the continued refinement of our farming, distillation, production and retail operations, we are now fully scaled up to broaden the availability of our product line.
We are also ready to share the experience with others wishing to enjoy the many rewards of bringing lavender in all its forms to a wider public. We offer several models to accomplish this (but are open to others)….
In this model, we offer qualified parties the unique opportunity to open a Pelindaba Lavender store of their own in their own geographic location, leveraging the wealth of experience and stellar reputation that we have accrued over the past ten years. Operating under either or both of our two trademarks – Pelindaba Lavender® or The Complete Lavender Experience® – each licensee enjoys both independence and support. Everything is supplied by Pelindaba, from signage to product to marketing materials that may be customized to each individual licensees needs, along with training for the Licensee and/or employees, ongoing consultation and general support. All the Licensee has to do is find a suitable location and negotiate a lease that satisfies their need. The program is designed to have as few hurdles as possible for the prospective Licensee, and its objective is a mutually rewarding experience.
Our oldest partnering model in which we provide Pelindaba Lavender products at wholesale discounts to other businesses, either for use in their own business activities, or for resale to others. Businesses may be multi-person or individual, operating in one or more of our product group classes – therapeutic (spas, massage therapists, etc), culinary (restaurants, caterers, gourmet food outlets, etc), personal care (salons, specialty stores, etc), household and gardening (specialty stores or sections of stores), etc. We then work with each account on an ongoing basis to support their individual marketing and sales efforts, providing supportive materials and/or consultation as appropriate.
For those who do not wish to have their own storefront, but would still like to sell Pelindaba Lavender products, we offer the opportunity to become an Independent Sales Representative. Each arrangement is customized to the interests of the Representative, and may include selling to businesses at wholesale or others at retail in a variety of settings – direct calling, booths at events, home parties, etc, etc.
We are committed, through our vertically integrated model of sustainable agriculture, to preserving open-space farmland on our beautiful island from further development, protecting it from pollution, and providing a destination of natural beauty for all to enjoy “up close and personal”.
We are committed to using only our own organically grown and certified lavender flowers in all our products. Following the same ethos, we also distill all our essential oil ourselves, in our own on-site distillery, and from our own flowers, thereby retaining intimate knowledge and control over all that goes into our products.
We are committed to handcrafting our products ourselves on-site. This not only helps assure their quality, but also, by tapping into the abundance of local artisan creativity, allows us to readily sustain our long-standing reputation for bringing elegantly designed and effective lavender products to a discerning public.
