After hanging in our Drying Barn for four to six weeks depending on the weather, Pelindaba's newly harvested Organic Provence Lavender is taken to the threshing area where the buds are removed from the stalks to create our Organic Lavender Sachets
They are then sifted through a series of angled sieves that help remove the leaves and any remaining stalk fragments.
