Pelindaba's alcohol-free, Lavender Hand Sanitizer spray brings together the natural sanitizing, soothing and nourishing qualities of Pelindaba's own organic lavender essential oil, witch hazel and aloe vera. The natural antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties of lavender provide a welcome alternative to the synthetic sanitizing agents found in most other hand sanitizers.
HOWEVER, given that lavender’s efficacy specifically against the Covid-19 causative agent has not yet been definitively tested under laboratory conditions, we cannot and do not make the claim that the alcohol-free version of our hand sanitizer offerings is appropriate for protection against that agent. For those desiring it, we have an alcohol-based Lavender Hand Sanitizer version available.
IMPORTANTLY, regardless of whatever hand sanitizer is used, this does not take the place of CDC recommendations for frequent thorough hand washing with soap and water.
