Following centuries-old traditional European practices, linen water should be sprinkled on newly-laundered clothes and bed linens to incorporate the scent of lavender.

We recommend keeping a bottle on your nightstand for use as you retire and during the night should you awaken. An additional few spritzes during the night will aid you drifting back to sleep readily.
