At our farm’s operation center, duties can include finished product review, packing product cases, moving inventory, recording production run data, receiving, and printing new orders, pulling and packing orders and responding to inquiries from other departments as well as cleaning tasks. Some projects are completed together as a team. Other projects include independent repetitive tasks — record keeping, case packing, order pulling, packing and labeling, etc. — where you can enjoy a book on tape or music with headphones on. This is an ideal position for an enthusiastic, highly focused, detail-oriented individual who prefers to not sit at a desk and enjoys working with their hands on a variety of tasks throughout the workday.
